Mission Statement

Awakening Wave Evolution (AWOE) provides educational programs for creating sustained respectful workplaces. At AWOE we believe going to work should be a consistently welcoming experience. As such our programs enhance the quality of the workplace and interactions therein.

Through innovative and objective learning models AWOE removes the blame and shame game approach from the training forum resulting in the participant's willingness to be in compliance with their respectful workplace policies.

AWOE shifts the focus from the disrespectful behavior to what drives the disrespectful behavior as a means of exploration and elimination of it. As a result, participants recognize from where potentially undesirable behaviour originates, creating the opportunity to, where required, mindfully choose differently in their workplace interactions.

By moving the level of conversation up beyond strategy, participants relax into noticing that not only are they responsible for creating a respectful workplace but that they are response able in that endeavor. In turn they leave the training forum embracing their individual and subsequently, their collective responsibility.
