For years Corporations, Organizations, Institutions companies alike have sought out with little success, the key to preventing disrespectful, harassing and discriminating behavior in the workplace. So many genuinely intentioned commitments have been made to eliminate such behaviors in the Work Spaces, only to discover that without the key, the efforts were futile and indeed often had the opposite effect with employees becoming ever more disgruntled for having something else done to them.

It's the drivers of the behavior, in essense, our beliefs, values, and attitudes that we must pay attention to. Not to change them but to notice they show up at every interaction we are having. By exploring these, we can no longer help but notice ourselves in the interaction. Why is that important? Well, if we aren't noticing ourselves it becomes easy to talk about what the other person did, that had us giving ourselves permission to harass or discriminate and whether it was done in or out of our awareness, it is undesirable behaviour none the less. Personal/Professional Evolution Coaching Sessions
If you are looking for difference in your life, and need relief from the habituation that stands between you and the life available to you, Awakening Wave Coaching Session(s) may be the first in many stepping stones upon which to set your searching stride. These sessions, which run a full 60 to 120 minutes in in duration, make available to you new ways in which to consider the experience of your discomfort, limitation, aggravation, helplessness, pain and disease. Exploring your experiences out of your intellect and paying much closer attention to what your body is telling you about them is an innovative way in which to tap into the messages of yourself from within.

Unlike traditional therapeutic interactions, which are content driven, and take a long time to move through, this framework for enquiry and discovery will be facilitated using The CODE Model™. This model links the relationship of your thoughts, to the physical energetic expression of the body, allowing you to get curious, absent of fear, about the energetic signals from within, as opposed to the stories that trigger the energetic signals. No getting bogged down in the language. For example; besides the trigger, what is that lump in your throat really all about? Why is your body expressing its experience there? How muted are you feeling? Is it safe for you to say how you feel? Are you free to fully express in your own voice? After becoming curious using The CODE Model™, you will engage in Quantum TLC™, which creates the space for transformative, rapid, and sustaining change. That is how brilliant you are!

Wellness Programs in a Group Setting
Group Programs are an opportunity to engage in a large room setting, bringing to the room that aspect of you that you would just as soon leave behind, with the intention of taking with you that which sets you on your path to the stones that are waiting to accept your searching stride. The large groups are of no more than twenty, and provide a safe space and non-commanding space in which to consider, it's your life, and are you liking it? Conference and other Speaking Engagement Offerings
AwakeningWave's Founder, Koreen Kimakowich has spoken at numerous conferences including, the Law Enforcement and Records Management Network, the Ontario Women In Law Enforcement Training Conference, and the Atlantic Women In Law Enforcement Training Conference. As a twenty year veteran of the Police Service, Koreen has also brought her valuable personal, and societal insights into her professional and personal wellness / evolution speaking engagements. Koreen has recently embarked on a journey and introduced cutting edge prevention concepts as it relates to the elimination of workplace harassment & discrimination. Koreen is happy to engage in that aspect of your conference offering that seeks to invite new choices and change that will see the potential of your organizational systems and human resources realized.
